24-Hour Technical Advice
24 hours access to free technical advice in the event of an accident or breakdown.
Towing Service
Unlimited number of towing requests per year. Free towing to the nearest Authorized Service Center within 100 km, or free towing to a preferred destination within 35 km.
Roadside Assistance Service
Unlimited number of Roadside Assistance Service visits per year, available to all customers.
Mistakenly Locked Vehicles
If spare key is within 20 km, RSA can arrange collection and delivery of key free of charge. Locksmith services are also arranged upon request.
Excess Distance Rate
25 Baht per km applies to all distances exceeding the free coverage stated above.
High Voltage Battery Depletion
In case of breakdown caused by running out of high voltage battery in a roadside situation:
- Bangkok & Upcountry: Free towing once a year to the nearest charging station (DC/AC) with no distance limitation.
- Preferred Station: Free towing up to 20 km to your preferred charging station (beyond 20 km: 25 Baht/km applies).
