Lifetime Warranty Package
For New Customers of OMODA & JAECOO Thailand
New customers who book the following models: JAECOO 5 EV MAX+ , JAECOO 6 EV (KD) and OMODA C5 EV MAX+ between 1 March – 5 April 2026, and take delivery by 31 May 2026, as well as customers who book: JAECOO 6 EV (CBU), JAECOO 5 EV (CBU) and JAECOO 6T EV (CBU) and take delivery by 30 April 2026, will receive a Lifetime Warranty Package at no additional cost,
subject to terms and conditions set by the company.
For Existing Customers of Lepas Thailand
Existing customers who own: JAECOO 5 EV, JAECOO 6 EV, JAECOO 6T EV and OMODA C5 EV and took delivery before 1 March 2026,
can register to participate in the Lifetime Warranty Extension Program between
23 March – 5 April 2026 via the following link: https://forms.gle/16KaXS21PTgdvKmT8
To be eligible, customers must complete a vehicle inspection and sign an agreement at an authorized service center by 30 June 2026.
Eligibility Requirements for Existing Customers
- The vehicle must be JAECOO 5 EV, JAECOO 6 EV, JAECOO 6T EV, or OMODA C5 EV officially distributed by OMODA & JAECOO.
- All maintenance must be performed at authorized OMODA & JAECOO service centers only.
- The vehicle must have a complete service history with no missed scheduled maintenance.
- Annual mileage must not exceed 50,000 km per year.
- The vehicle must not be used for commercial purposes.
- Only certified parts are covered
- The vehicle must not be modified or fitted with non-certified accessories
Eligibility Criteria for Lifetime Warranty Extension
Evaluation Criteria for Lifetime Warranty Extension
The eligibility will be assessed based on the following four criteria:
1. Ownership Verification
Criteria: The vehicle must be owned by the first owner.
In case of ownership transfer, it must be within immediate family members only (parents, children, or spouses) or registered under a company name as the original owner since the initial purchase.
2. Mileage Check
Criteria: The average usage must not exceed 50,000 kilometers per year.
3. Service History
Criteria: The vehicle must have a complete service record in accordance with the required maintenance schedule.
Vehicles aged less than 1 year or with mileage below 20,000 km are not required to have a service record.
Vehicles aged over 1 year or with mileage 20,000 km or above must have a complete service history in line with the standard requirements.
Exception:
In cases where service appointments were delayed due to parts unavailability or fully booked service schedules, the customer may still be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.
4. Modification Check
Criteria: The vehicle must not be modified in any way that affects its core systems, especially the electrical system (e.g., aftermarket audio system installation involving wiring modifications).
Allowed Modifications (Exceptions):
The following are permitted and will not affect eligibility: Dash cameras, Alloy wheel changes Window visors, Stickers or decals, Body kits / exterior skirts, Air-conditioner drain hose installation and Underbody panels
Additional Condition: If any damage in the future is found to be caused by modifications (e.g., battery damage due to improper installation),
Lepas Thailand reserves the right to reject warranty claims for the affected parts.

Termination Conditions of Lifetime Warranty (Applicable to both new and existing customers)
The Lifetime Warranty will be terminated under the following conditions:
- The vehicle is not serviced at authorized centers or has no service record, or is not distributed by Lepas.
- The vehicle misses scheduled maintenance and has no service history.
- Non-certified parts are used.
- The vehicle is used for commercial purposes.
- The vehicle exceeds 50,000 km per year.
- The vehicle is modified or fitted with non-certified accessories.
- Ownership is transferred to a non-family member.
- The vehicle is damaged due to accidents or natural disasters (e.g., flooding).
